Guidelines for oral presentations

All presenters are expected to prepare the oral presentations according to the given guidelines.

Time Presentation File
01 Time
02 PPT

  • Each speaker will have 15 minutes for presentation. Please plan your talk for 10 minutes to allow for 5 minutes of further discussion and questions.
  • WinC IT team will automatically stop the presentation after 10 minutes. Hence ensure your presentation is exactly 10 minutes. As 8 parallel sessions are running at the same time it is absolutely necessary to maintain time, so that no presentations are missed by audience that may shift from room to room.

  • Prepare your presentation with PowerPoint and use the 4:3 screen resolutions. This will avoid problems of improper projections.
  • The following file formats are supported: .ppt, .pps, .pptx, .ppsx.
  • Presentations should be saved with the number of your presentation in the allocated session, corresponding authors surname and session number (For an example the 1st presentation in session PS16 of corresponding author Fernando can be saved as  1 Fernando PS16.
